I love how it's called AI. In the 80s we called this information databases, and that's all "AI" is. It's a model that has a conversational front-end to a massive information store. Nothing intelligent about it.

Information databases were used to predict things like where oil would likely be found, weather prediction, etc. Just "Out of all the times the data set was just like this one, it happened that your condition was correct a positive percentage of the time."

Yeah, I always cringe a little when people call it "AI".
