It's not like we don't have cameras watching cars and issuing tickets. I'm rooting for the denizens taking down the camera infrastructure. It's pretty simple. A moderately powered laser 500mw or higher can render the image sensor inoperative. You can buy these for under $100 and they're portable. A 1 watt laser will work much faster though.
