Some of those aren't new plants, but new plants with multiple units.

There you go again, bringing facts to a "feels" fight. Don't you know that lowering the number to a realistic and accurate level doesn't help get people riled up the same way that ambiguously defined numbers do? Just use the big numbers so you can outrage instead of thinking.
