2 rye whiskey 3/4 sweet vermouth 1/4 creme de framboise or Chambord dash of aromatic or orange bitters
Combine in a glass and stir with ice until chilled.
Edit : I upped the sweet Vermouth and the framboise both to 1 part and I think it's better
