For some reason I had "ginger liqueur" on my list and now that I have it, I'm trying to recall what cocktails I wanted to make with it. Well here is a start.

1.5 rye whiskey 1.0 ginger liqueur 1 Campari or Aperol

You use Aperol or Capari?

I tried both but I like Aperol better

Domaine de Canton is the best of the 3 ginger liqueurs we've vetted.

And I only bought it because I remembered some delicious sounding cocktail I'd stumbled across on the internet used it... now I can't remember what cocktail that was... I hope/think it might have been the one in this post.

The Pama pomegranate liqueur is meh.

That is the next bottle to be opened. I'll find some good use for it hopefully.
