This probably happens more than we think, actually. When I was in 7th grade (a loooong time ago), a 4th grader brought one of those Bartles and Jaymes wine coolers to school in her lunch thinking it was a bottle of juice, lol. The teachers figured it out and educated her on how she had packed a bottle of Mom's booze in her lunch.
