They're doing an even split:
1 1/4 bourbon 1 1/4 orange liqueur (Grand Marnier is one) 1 1/4 sweet vermouth 1/4 lemon juice
Stir over ice.
I can already tell this'll probably need to be adjusted to my liking, more liquor fractionally.
