btw, have you heard of Fee Bros bitters?
They are making "Fee Foam" which is absolutely disgusting replacement for egg whites.
We use it at the new bar I work at, and it is some real Bill Gates eat the Bug Goy bullshit.
And the frothiness it makes is absolutely nothing like what comes from an egg white. I briefly looked at the ingredients list and it seemed like it was all surficants as opposed to true emulsifies.
Don't but Fee Bros, they are obviously faggots.
