Too many ingredients there IMO... you have a whiskey (bourbon here), orange flavor, and lime flavor. And need some sugar. So just do:

2 shots of bourbon
1 shot of Cointreau
1 shot of sour mix

Shake it off (like Taylor) over ice and strain.
