How can this be believed?..a dirty cowboys gets to hold the arteries of a guy who had his legs blown off (roughly 8 minutes ago and is conscious and sitting up right) so he doesnt bleed to death ..LOL...arteries in the human body dont hang out of a human leg like overly cooked noodles? LOL

I was looking at that, I think it might be a weak attempt at a tourniquet. The way it appears though, is it's not wrapped around tight.
