Yes, there are treatments. But let me ask this: Has anyone really studied these same treatments against "the common cold?"

That is the right question. For example, the virus sends stuff into the nucleus of infected cells to suppress the gene expression that is needed for the self defence of the cell and for alerting the cells around, leading to the overreaction of the immune system later, that kills C19 patients with the cytokine storm. We know that ivermectin is stopping the virus from doing this. So, even if most viruses don't kill by a cytokine storm, the next question must be if other viruses do also suppress gene expression, and if that can be stopped by ivermectin too.
