Don't believe it has risen at all. Markers at many ports only show the same historical trends. Most of which is crust displacement rather than water rise. Meaning the depth changes because of earth changes.
Not to mention the large ice increases at the poles means that water has to come from somewhere.

If the anthropogenic global warming theory was correct, the rise would be accelerating. It's not. It is still linear.
It has the numbers I was talking about: only about 2.5" rise since 35 years ago.
