CBER is doing so in collaboration with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), and other academic and large non-government healthcare data systems. In addition, CBER participates actively in ongoing international pharmacovigilance efforts, including those organized by the International Coalition of Medicines Regulatory Authorities (ICMRA) and the World Health Organization (WHO). These efforts are in addition to the pharmacovigilance efforts being undertaken by the individual manufacturers for authorized vaccines. A coordinated and overlapping approach using state-of the art technologies has been implemented.

They even knew about the thrombocytopenia (platelet aggregation activated by antibodies). Thrombocytopenia leads to death by blood clotting, but it can be easily treated with heparin if the jabbed and their doctors know at what symptoms to look for.

Keeping it a secret has led to a higher death count. They feared that telling us about side effects will raise vaccine hesitancy. They didn't fear that the deaths will raise vaccine hesitancy because they thought that they will be able to hide the deaths long enough.
