I went poking around after reading the article. Nagalase is the enzyme produced by cancer cells, and nagalese interrupts your immune system from finding those bad cells (Nagalase blocks the Vitamin D receptor sites on the macrophages so they cannot “see” the cancer cells.) Salicilium lowers nagalese levels. Salicilium is a naturally occurring “glyco-benzaldehyde.” The glyco portion is a sugar that cancer cells use for cellular energy. The benzaldehyde is a substance toxic to abnormal cells like cancer. The cancer takes the salicilium to eat the sugar and the benzaldehyde weakens the cancer cell and the cancer can't make the nagalese, so cancer is now visible to be attacked by the immune system.

Then I went looking for salicinium to see it is a plant extract but couldn't find how to extract it from plants, but did find that "salicin" is an extract of white willow bark and white willow bark extract/salicin does help inhibit tumors https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/24535656/

How long does Nagalase stay in your system?

Nebermind, I found it 6-24 hours.

They can do blood tests to see if they got all your tumor or therapy is working by checking Nagalase levels. If they got it all Nagalase will be broken down and out of your system in 24 hours.

The damaged cells continue to produce it. The idea is to prevent Vit. D processes with injected nagalese to allow damaged cells to hide from the immune system and instead of dying off, the cells eat sugars, live and produce their own nagalese, leading to more damaged cells hiding etc. .
