This is Voice to skull technology that I read about in the 90's

CIA was able to use ultrasound to vibrate your skull putting what ever input they wanted. IE MUSIC, a microphone, a recording. In your head and only you can hear it.

I cannot for the life of my find the txt files from back then. However the gist of it is.

Two ultrasound transducers.

One Transducer playing a 200khz signal.

Second Transducer also playing a 200khz signal but modulated with the input. Be it recording or live voice or sounds.

Aim at victims head.

I read about this late 90's.

I heard about voice to skull technology when I was researching the occult, satanist, serial killer topics and some of these fucks were claiming they could beam sounds into your head no one else could hear. They must have had this for awhile.

I could have sworn they used microwaves to do that, not ultrasonic waves.

microwaves are electromagnetic, not sound. ultrasonic waves are sound, just very high pitch

I know. I thought they used electromagnetic waves instead of sound.
