If our not-so-benevolent jewish overlords gave a rat's ass about sub-saharan africans, they would want to stop immigration too. The people leaving are their only hope of improving their countries. Stopping immigration is the most humanitarian thing you can do. Those countries can't afford anymore brain drain. Instead they finance color revolutions, keep the governments murderous and unstable, and give people a reason to leave.
