Some police men are black, some police men share the opinions of the majority of the US that Trump's America was far better than Biden's.
If this is him expressing his political opinion in his own time then there is nothing wrong with this image - the only thing wrong is he's a black in white society, other than that he's free to express himself as he pleases along with every white person alive. The only people who don't deserve free speech are those that support censorship.

As you say - he is wearing his police badge and no idea who owns the bull-horn. Since he's in uniform I take that as not his own time and pretty bad for the political aspect that the dems can play off of.
