What was he doing alone in Oman getting beaten up randomly?

If suicide was the cause of death he could have easily went to Switzerland or gotten doctor assisted suicide or some good drugs.

Why does he have a black eye and facial wounds the day before he died in 2 different locations with no suicide note? Why were all of his deadly wounds defence wounds?

Agreed. I would never go to the land of the sand people. I see enough of them here in our broken Western society that's been decimated by open borders, communists and libtards funded by jews.
