What was he doing alone in Oman getting beaten up randomly?

If suicide was the cause of death he could have easily went to Switzerland or gotten doctor assisted suicide or some good drugs.

Why does he have a black eye and facial wounds the day before he died in 2 different locations with no suicide note? Why were all of his deadly wounds defence wounds?

Thanks for doing this. Everyone needs to see this. It was clearly a murder and correlates with the child trafficking murders as well.

Notice how the firefighters had her in a body bag, unburnt, full head of hair, no EMS visible, they openly snuck around fire trucks after the "blaze" before shipping the clearly alive and unscathed woman into a government vehicle.

Yep. The alleged story is she crashed into a house, there was an explosion and she was trapped in a fiery wreck of a burning vehicle for 45 minutes.
