Actually, it crashed into one of their old temples, out in the middle of the ocean.

It's why we had to go off the gold standard, all of our gold had to be sent down there to rebuild the fancy gold stuff that was ruined in the crash.

Their odds are very poor. The deeper the search goes, the chances of finding them exponentially diminish. Then comes the matter of attempting to docking or even floating the craft.

It’s either one or two.. but you left out the option of “sitting there in the dark and waiting to be rescued”, which is a viable option for at least some amount of time (until oxygen runs out). That time may have already passed though, for all I know.. or not. I’m not a mini submarine expert, so I don’t know.

I implied that in "Sitting there in the dark, waiting to be Dead AF". I truly do hope a miracle happens and these people are rescued but I don't think that is very likely at this point.
