I would think that the epitome of biowarfare would be the creation of DNA targeting diseases that would decimate, literally, your enemies. It would be a fantastic weapon in your arsenal against those you wish to conquer, unless of course, your enemy is of the same group as you. In this case, they've sequenced the satanic bloodlines of khazarian jews, and I am sure there is some sort of bloodline in the Chinese that can also be sequenced outside of the generic chinese person. Next would be to socially engineer your enemy's leadership to force the weapon on its own people.
