Really, for "brute force interception" as pictured in the vid above... When you think about it, it would require an almost out of this world source of power. I mean just imagine destroying a missile let a alone a bunch, almost instantly, with a laser... Missiles which are by definition designed to sustain a quite important heating effect... You need a fucken powerplant attached to your laser, and that's without considering the heating effect Not sure it's doable, maybe it is, idk So really I wonder what they have in mind with that tech, blinding effect aside. Might as well put a giant looking glass into orbit, it sounds borderline more reasonable/doable
