Keeps you 100% off balance It makes me more skeptical, but I have been that way for a long time and from before AI came around. To me it helps me dig deeper into these topics if they are important to me so I can determine what is real and what is lies, AI generated or otherwise. I just don't give anything plausibility without going deeper now. I certainly do not give anything trust outright either. I don't see it as a black pill of "question everything and trust nothing". I see it as a sign that I need to do more due diligence before I make up my mind on where I stand on the subject matter. It's making me more aware of the deceptions and the tools used to make them.
