I imagine they might say: ‘How amusing, to think that Ubers would include reference to themselves in the plans for the Unters.’ I also think it’s quite possible that as true believers they will be chipped themselves, but on the clear understanding that they get very preferential treatment by the system which, after all, they serve. Either way I have to say that a goal of 100% chipping seems plausible to me.
