Have you seen the video footage of these two clowns? In my opinion they can clearly see what's happening and yet they do not react. The guy on his knee pops his head up moments before the shooting starts and then goes back to his scope but he still does nothing?? Couple this with the reports of people pointing the guy out to the cops and them doing nothing... Fishy shit going on here.
