um .. it's not a difficult level of theater. Just watch the videos from all the angles. There are zero from the back because security made all the media photographers move to the front a minute before the attack.
I want you to think about this: you're saying it's more likely Trump was "grazed" on his ear by the rifle shot?
The service covered him up. No one can see anything. You don't see his ear get taken off! All you see is the blood on his ear/face/hands when he gets up.

I've seen some videos of him putting his hand over his ear, ducking, and then coming back up with blood trickling into 3 ways and also no blood on his hand.
I will call it "stage magic" Everyone should be deeply skeptical anytime there is exactly one camera, and its fixed in place.
