I’d be surprised to see any gov subsidies that don’t have money scams kick backs to those who voted for them. Gov attracts scum bags. Scum bags take our money at fun point and give it away with kickbacks and other forms blackmail and bribes. Ban lobbyist and campaign finance only from district citizens. Not corporations or “groups” pacs etc. only way to keep mofos honest and for the people really.
