How does a lawsuit stop a bunch of volunteers from demonstrating? All that proves is it is centrally (((financed))). If it were a legitimate movement it wouldn't have a corporate entity with bank accounts to sue.

Except it against a corporate entity, it was against Rosseau and "unnamed individuals".
