The recipe I used was good, but lacking a punch. Most of the seasonings cooked off in the pressure cooker, and I ended up sprinkling with garlic salt and fresh squeezed lime, the toppings made it delicious. Better without cheese, tried with and without. Next time I'll reserve half of the seasonings for after the cook. Broiling in the oven really gave an excellent texture.

If anyone has a better recipe please post. The flavor was good, just too muted! I really wish I had a smoker, would prefer to do that instead of pressure cooker.

I love pork, and do a lot with it smoker, oven, crockpot, etc.

This is by far the wife’s favorite that I’ve made. I apologize for the wordy shit tier internet crap, but this one is the bomb. I literally bought my first oven roasting pan just for this recipe. https://www.jocooks.com/recipes/pork-carnitas/
