Looks pretty good.

Having a hell of a time posting an album anywhere so fuck it.

Made with about one a half cups of milk. Make a roux with 3 tablespoons of butter and 3 of flour. Add minced onion. Add the milk. Make it nice a creamy while you bring it to a boil. Add salt and pepper. Add cheese. I used cheddar, colby and parmesan. Bring it to a boil but not too long just enough to stir it all even. Take it off the heat.

Slice the potatoes thinly and lay one layer flat on a greased pan. Cover the layer with the mixture and repeat.

Bake for an hour at 350 degrees F.

Enjoy.

Oh man, I want to make this next time I am off keto (Christmas maybe)

Would definitely go good with Christmas dinner. Pretty easy to make, too.

edit: that fatass is not me, this is a stock photo.

If we don't get a mandoline at the shower I'm definitely buying one.

Is that what those things are called? I just put "potato slicer" into the engine and had to sort through a few pics until I found what I was looking for.

I assume that that is a baby shower so congrats are sent! (unless you are a nigger, then do the right thing and kill your family just before you kill yourself).

Hahahaha! Wedding shower. Baby shower will be 9 months after the wedding.

And yes, they're called a mandolin. If you buy one make sure to buy one with something that holds the thing you're cutting. Otherwise you'll slice the tips of your fingers off when you use it.
