I've never had the waffle chicken thing so I don't understand it. You can still eat that though. Just make sure you don't go over your calorie limit. At the end of the day, it's about how many calories you consume. Sure, certain foods make you want to eat more like foods that taste really good. It does take some discipline to eat foods like that while not eating too much.

I'll allow myself this indulgence when I get down 15 more lbs. I just lost around 21 over the last 3 months.

That's a lot of weight in such a short time. How many calories were you eating per day? I'm down about 30lbs but it's taken me over 6 months. I think I've gone through two plateaus where the scale didn't really move. I had already hit my intended target weight about a month or two ago, but decided to drop another 12 lbs. I'm almost there, just 2 more lbs and then it's time to bulk up.

Your years of not eating right and excercising has wired your brain to crave the shit that made you fat. If you want to eat that disgusting pile of empty calories, you will relapse, simple as.

I haven't eaten that kind of food for several months now. I'm creating a new weight target for my body. I was at my target weight for most of my life, it's only in the last 7-8 years that I got outside the 172-184 range
