That's a lot of weight in such a short time. How many calories were you eating per day? I'm down about 30lbs but it's taken me over 6 months. I think I've gone through two plateaus where the scale didn't really move. I had already hit my intended target weight about a month or two ago, but decided to drop another 12 lbs. I'm almost there, just 2 more lbs and then it's time to bulk up.
I'm eating between 1000-1600 per day.
Brutal. I was doing about 1500 when I first started. The weight was coming off steady for a few months, but a little too fast. So I bumped it up to 1800. Stayed on that for a month and then I hit a plateau and dropped it down to 1600 and then back to 1500. Intermittent fast works pretty well. Basically just skip a meal like dinner and no snacks between meals. I've done this a couple times, but be careful because the weight will really drop off.
I'm working out at the gym. I've been doing Weight lifting and some cardio everyday. It's tough not eating all the things I want. I'm trying to get to my high school weight. 175 lbs. Right now I'm around 188-191. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel now. I'm over half way there and have built up a routine for the moment.
