Best way to cook corned beef is on the smoker.

Literally everything tastes better in a smoker, though. It's basically cheating at cooking.

Yea corned beef is a brisket and it really takes a lot of low slow cooking to make it tender and actually taste good. Did our Thanksgiving turkey on the smoker this year also, spatchcocked. Was amazing.
