We give them lettuce, cabbage and napa cabbage. Along with meal worms and chicken scratch feed. Plus any bug that enters their cage is dead within seconds. In return we get 20 eggs a week.

It's called crispy seaweed in the UK, all the Chinese takeaways do it. It's really nice, needs a bit more sugar than this recipe though
