There isn't a baking sub so this goes here. Pinched this loaf off this morning for BLTs this evening. Used potatoes that were canned from last years garden. Recipe came from an older bread cookbook. Picked up a flat cast iron plate and so far have made breads and pizzas on. Butcher, baker, candlestick maker; historically were trades that men did to provide for themselves and their families.
