My only concern is that he seared the second batch in the burnt flour/oil from the first batch, and this is bad (carcinogenic and bad flavor).
It's delicious, it's the better chicken, chicken just tastes fatter in comparison and much less subtle
It's one of the most underrated meal, people think it's gross because frogs live in swamps, but the reality is that it's just awesome, it's the taste of awesome

Well, often, the bad stuff (burnt parts for instance/carcinogenic) tastes good, so I don't think it's going to spoil the meal now maybe purists would consider this a sacrilege/heresy
