Was actually great. I cubed the tofu and fried it in oil until it was crispy. Then I drained most of the oil and used the same heated skillet to fry up some veggies. When they were done I added back in the tofu and some stir fry marinade and cooked for a few minutes longer. Was damn tasty and I now like tofu.

Tofu has always reminded me of the consistency and color of a puffball mushroom. They're best even when prepared the same. Use real butter instead of oil next time.
