Picked up my first pellet smoker two days ago. This thing is awesome. Smoked burgers last night. First time I ever had a smoked burger. Delicious! It's so easy to use I may never cook inside again. I practiced smoking for about a year or so with a cheap electric that was more work than fun, but this thing is amazing.
