Never tried it before. The recipes I found all said half cup peanut butter to a cup of powdered sugar. Seemed high to me... But hey if that's the consensus. Tried em, think I was right. Next time I think I'll go 1:1

So combine 2 cups peanut butter, 2 cups confectioners sugar and a stick of butter. Easier if you soften the peanut butter with some heat. Put it in the fridge for a bit, then take it out, roll it into bite size balls and put it back in the fridge for a bit. Melt your chocolate of choice (63% dark) on a double boiler and roll them balls around with a fork (one at a time) tray them up then back in the fridge.

Extra chocolate? Drizzle a little more on top of the balls, or I had some pineapple in the fridge.

I 'member making those decades ago. The peanut butter-sugar-butter was mixed with fine graham cracker crumbs.

I used to put them on a pretzel before coating in chocolate. I can't remember my sugar ratio but I do remember reducing it from the recipe I had, too.

They were definitely a hit regardless. Maybe 15 people in my congregation, made about 50... Less than ten made it home.
