If any of you don't know this guy, hands down my favorite chef. The man who made Gordon Ramsey once cry and then said "it was his choice to cry." He was a notoriously hard working man and had no qualms about shutting down anyone who didn't respect him, and became not only the youngest chef ever to receive Michelin stars, but also the first to give them up, saying the pressure and expectations they conveyed were not worth the effort.
