Nice pot. Is that porcelain clad? Canning is a beautiful thing. I just did a bunch of assorted berries. That's a fantastic setup you have there, perfect for awesome cookery like this.

Nothing fancy, apart from what you see on the photo. 10 kg of tomatoes 1 kg onions Salt and pepper to taste, appx. 8 tbsp sugar. Garlic, some fresh herbs: Thyme, Rosemary, Oregano There's plenty of opportunity to refine the base product when the jar is opened and used.
