Nothing fancy, apart from what you see on the photo. 10 kg of tomatoes 1 kg onions Salt and pepper to taste, appx. 8 tbsp sugar. Garlic, some fresh herbs: Thyme, Rosemary, Oregano There's plenty of opportunity to refine the base product when the jar is opened and used.
