Also implying that education is actually doing research yourself instead of having to accept someone else's views and opinions if you want to pass.

I learned that the hard way. Some research will be rejected no matter how well sourced if it doesn't conform to the world view of the "educator".

I am well aware, but with these types you have a piece it out to get to that point. I have a couple of them in my life. You know, the ones who have a masters in something stupid but work a totally different field
