Well, It would have been $6.00 and it would still have been stolen. There was a defcon talk about a decade ago by a somewhat well known guy "Johnny Long" about aid work in African countries. He and a group of other "hackers" were doing basic aid work to help open up aid centers and learning centers that were closed because all of the computers no longer worked (too much spyware/malware/porn. Not kidding he said that). Well, the president of the nation actually approached his (nearly 100% White group) of American "Hackers" and asked him and his people to build a plan/program/etc to bring technology to the country because EVERY SINGLE TIME they tried to use locals or other blacks that all of the money was just stolen and they fled the country to live in luxury in a different African country. They just can't help themselves.
