PORTLAND, Ore. — Oregon Gov. Kate Brown on Tuesday announced a statewide vaccination goal to fully reopen the state's economy and shared upcoming changes to the state's risk level framework.

Brown announced her goal that Oregon administers 70% of residents 16 and older with a first vaccine dose before lifting most of the state's risk level restrictions.

But I thought it was supposed to be June 28th when the federal aid money expired.

Fortunately we’re already past those numbers as of May 11th, it only took her a few weeks to match Michigans governor Whitmers stupidity then surpass it by not knowing her own states vaccination numbers and keeping us locked up. Nothing will be lifted until at least June 28th when federal aid money runs out according to her when she updated us a few weeks ago, now she claims 70% vaccination and were at a 79% with two shots and an additional 2.5% who’ve gotten their first dose.

But we’re still not open, civil rights violations all around and not a word out of anyone.

After reaching Brown's 70% goal, the state may still require the use of masks and physical distancing, the governor's office said, but all other health and safety requirements for counties under the risk level framework will be lifted, and counties will no longer be assigned risk levels. Schools will still be required to follow the state's health and safety rules, which will be updated prior to the start of the 2021-22 school year.

So businesses still won’t be able to open to full capacity. What’s the point of the vaccine again? This will also hurt small red counties that don’t vaccinate.

Oregon Health Authority (OHA) Director Patrick Allen called the 70% goal a "pivotal point in the pandemic" for Oregon. He said it is possible Oregon could lift most statewide restrictions ahead of the July 4 holiday.

We’re already at a 79% total vaccinated and an additional 2% with at least one shot(most will get the second one when it’s time). Good thing liberals and sheep can’t do math. I Love Science!!

The state has now administered a total of 1,850,101 first and second doses of Pfizer

1,413,162 first and second doses of Moderna

and 113,436 since doses of Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccines.

As of yesterday according to their own numbers we have 3,376,699 either fully vaccinated or on their way to full vaccination with their second shot out of a population of 4,270,000 which equals 79.07% well past the 70% goal. And “Oregon has administered 34,869 doses per day on average”. basically most those people are in the fully vaccinated column. But let’s not do the math for the dummies/readers and keep everything shut down.

As of Tuesday, more than 1,490,000 Oregonians are fully vaccinated and 1,994,968 have had at least one dose.

What? Is this their spin for dummies it says right above 3,376,699 have had their first and second doses why the need to put “1,994,968 have had at least one dose” the vast majority have had both doses.

And when you add up this set of numbers it equals 81.61% so an even greater number of people who’ve had at least one dose. Well above the 70% requirement and many of those 2.5% with only one dose will get the second dose when it’s due, basically 2.5% are patiently awaiting their second doses like idiots.

Elect stupid people, win stupid prizes.

I've noticed that these woman governors are almost all awful. The South Dakota governor has been good, but she's not a democrat either.

It’s become stupid at this point. Why didn’t the male director of the Oregon health authority which the article quoted inform her that we’ve already surpassed the 70% threshold instead of saying that it’ll probably happen by July 4th.

psychopaths getting elected by clowns.
