The wages I pay are fine. The living wage in our area is $12 an hour. I pay more. But when someone can get $600 a week for doing jack shit you think they are going to take 15 bucks an hour to make almost as much and work 40 hours instead? Of course not. We do not have the same economy everywhere in this country. San Francisco 600 bucks a week might be barely scraping by, but rural Mississippi? Or south Georgia?

Corporate America is raising entry level wages to $15 an hour. Get used to it faggot. It's not going back down. You'll have to pay them $20/hr soon enough. It's not unemployment creating a labor shortage. Megacorps are hiring and paying better than small business now.
It should be noted that Mississippi and Georgia are nigger infested shitholes.
