No what happens is adults who were making over $22/hr are now working a new job for $18.50/hr because of all the immigrants thinking they can make $15 an hour working at a fast food restaurant or undercut the guy who was making a living wage forcing him to an empty life of selling drugs and pimping out prostitutes for big piles of cash.
