The Russian Ministry of Defense refutes the accusations of the Kiev regime in the alleged murder of civilians in the village of Bucha, Kiev oblast

All photos and videos published by the Kiev regime, allegedly testifying to some kind of “crimes” by Russian military personnel in the city of Bucha, Kiev oblast, are another provocation.

During the time this settlement was under the control of the Russian armed forces, not a single local resident suffered from any violent actions. Russian servicemen delivered and issued 452 tonnes of humanitarian aid to the settlements of the Kiev oblast.

All the time while the city was under the control of the Russian armed forces, and even more so after, until today, in Bucha, local residents freely moved around the city and used cellular communications.

Departure from the city of Bucha was not blocked. All local residents had the opportunity to freely leave the settlement in a northern direction, including to the Republic of Belarus. At the same time, the southern outskirts of the city, including residential areas, were fired on around the clock by Ukrainian troops from large-caliber artillery, tanks and multiple launch rocket systems.

We want to especially note that all Russian units completely left Bucha on March 30, the day after the in-person round of talks between Russia and the Ukraine in Turkey.

Moreover, on March 31, the mayor of Bucha, Anatoliy Fedoruk, confirmed in his video message that there were no Russian soldiers in the city, but did not even mention any local residents shot on the streets with their hands tied.

Therefore, it is not surprising that all the so-called “evidence of crimes” in Bucha appeared only on the fourth day, when SBU officers and representatives of Ukrainian television arrived in the city.

Of particular concern is the fact that all the bodies of people whose images were published by the Kiev regime, after at least four days, have not stiffened [due to rigor mortis — S], do not have characteristic livor mortis patches, and have uncoagulated blood in the wounds.

All this irrefutably confirms that the photos and video footage from Bucha are another production of the Kiev regime for the Western media, as was the case in Mariupol with the maternity hospital, as well as in other cities.
