I'm pretty sure Putin is in on the plan. His side is to weaken Europe and force the move - as we've seen - to (((green energy))). Who gets rich when Russia cuts off the natural gas tap into Europa? (((qatar))), (((india))), (((china))) directly and the US's (((fed))) in a roundabout way by keeping the petrodollar in play.
