Wow, the level of manipulative writing is unreal in this one. First of all, the stalking case can be retried under the corrected interpretation of the law. It has not been legalized. And, notice how they don't say who the descending two were, but do reference a different case to slander conservative justices as the problem. They want people to assume that this was the Republicans doing, when the descenting votes were both cast by conservative leaning judges.
