Harris is already taking solo calls with other leaders and doing tasks that Biden himself should do. Can you imagine him debating the republican candidate IF he survives and seeks his second term? I highly doubt it. Look at him falling several times trying to get on the plane. At his rate he will sustain a serious injury in the White house that will make him truly unfit to do anything.
